Property Manager | Edinburgh | £32,500 (Up to £34,000 dependent on experience)
We're looking for a proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio, managing landlord and tenant relationships from move-in to move-out.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties end-to-end
- Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and contractors via Fixflo
- Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with safety certificates and renewals
- Manage rent arrears and resolve issues professionally
About You
- Experience in property management, lettings, or a similar client-facing role
- Knowledge of the Scottish private rented sector and relevant legislation
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and make decisions confidently
- Full UK driving licence required
- Professional, results-driven, and proactive approach to work
