They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. Based in a vibrant office alongside an experienced and supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be experienced in all aspects of property management and make managing a portfolio of around 220 properties look easy! This means you will be highly organized and self-sufficient feeling confident enough to jump straight in!

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Managing the tenancy lifecycle from move-in through to renewal and end of tenancy.
- Handling tenant enquiries, queries and maintenance requests promptly.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Arranging and managing property inspections.
- Liaising with landlords regarding property condition, maintenance and expenditure.
- Managing rent-related queries and working closely with the accounts team regarding arrears.
- Dealing with tenancy renewals, extensions and notices.
- Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
- Managing check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinating deposit deductions and resolving disputes where necessary.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring all property management systems are kept up to date.
- Responding effectively to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues.
The Individual:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- A minimum of 1 year property management experience.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use Alto
- Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
