Description

As an Property & Office Administrator , your responsibilities will include:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate hotel bookings and other accommodation requirements as needed.
  • Raise and process orders for site-related requirements.
  • Provide administrative support across a portfolio of properties.
  • Support the in-house property management function, as the organisation manages its own properties rather than outsourcing to a management company.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including maintaining records and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the smooth running of the property portfolio.
  • Complete compliance checks and ensure property documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support property management activities, helping to ensure properties are maintained in line with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Profile

A successful Property & Office Administrator should have:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in an administrative role within the property industry.
  • Proficiency with office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commit to working full time in the office.
  • Ability to commute to Liverpool.

Job Offer

  • Salary starting from £25,000, with flexibility to offer a higher salary for the right candidate, depending on experience.
