Looking for a role where your organisation, customer service and coordination skills will genuinely make a difference?
We're recruiting for an established and growing property business in Camberley that's expanding its team following continued success.
This isn't a traditional property management role. Instead, you'll become the central point of coordination, ensuring maintenance works are organised efficiently, customers remain informed and every job progresses smoothly from start to finish.
Property experience is welcome but certainly not essential. If you've previously worked in administration, operations, customer service or project coordination, we'd love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works
- Scheduling contractors and monitoring progress
- Keeping customers updated throughout each job
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Liaising with contractors, customers and colleagues
- Ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales
- Resolving queries professionally and efficiently
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout every interaction
