Location: Plymouth
Rate: Negotiable Hourly Rate
Contract: 2 Months
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Surveyor to support a housing provider in Plymouth on a 2-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out condition and asset management surveys across 32 residential properties, providing accurate assessments and reports to support future maintenance and investment planning.
Essential Experience
- Residential property surveying
- Stock condition surveys
- Asset management assessments
- Producing clear and detailed survey reports
- Housing sector experience desirable
