Proposals Engineer

Our client, a leading design & build contractor, is looking for a Proposals Engineer to support tendering activity across major water & wastewater infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare MEICA design solutions for tenders
- Produce cost estimates and tender documentation
- Support bid submissions and commercial reviews
- Coordinate internal teams and supply chain inputs
- Attend client meetings and support presentations
Requirements
- Experience in Proposals / Estimating / Design roles
- Background in water, utilities, or infrastructure
- Strong MEICA knowledge (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines
- HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (or similar)
