Protection Adviser *South Tyneside - Hybrid*

Are you looking for a Protection Adviser role where you can focus on advising customers rather than spending your time generating leads?

We're working with a successful and growing financial services business seeking a Protection Adviser to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to benefit from a consistent flow of warm, qualified customer appointments generated through an established Mortgage Adviser team.

You'll be speaking with customers who are already engaged with the business and reviewing their protection needs, allowing you to concentrate on delivering advice and building relationships.

• £30,000 basic salary
• Uncapped monthly commission
• Six-monthly performance bonus
• Realistic OTE of £60,000+
• Warm qualified customer appointments provided
• No cold calling or self-generated lead generation
• Hybrid working once established in the role
• Support towards CeMAP 2 & 3
• Ongoing training and development

• Managing customer referrals generated through the mortgage team
• Reviewing existing protection arrangements
• Identifying gaps in cover and recommending suitable solutions
• Advising on products including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining compliance standards
