Our client is a fast-growing, family-owned financial services business specialising in Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection, expanding their Protection Sales team and are looking for talented, motivated advisors to join us at an exciting stage of our growth.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your day cold-calling lists of random numbers.
Their customers come to you. Through their websites, Google and other digital marketing channels, customers actively request information about protection products. 

Those leads are delivered directly into our CRM and allocated to our advisors, giving you a consistent pipeline of genuine sales opportunities.

What you’ll be doing? As a Protection Sales Advisor, you’ll take ownership of the customer journey from initial contact through to policy placement.

Your day-to-day role will include:
•    Calling and engaging with 10–15 new customer leads per day
•    Conducting thorough fact-finds to understand each customer’s circumstances and protection needs
•    Using your knowledge of the protection market to explain suitable options clearly and professionally
•    Comparing products and providers to help customers make an informed decision
•    Guiding customers through the application process
•    Building strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience
•    Working towards conversion targets and maximising your earning potential
You’ll have access to products from all major protection providers.
