A Secondary SEN School in Reading is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join their team. This role is ideal for Psychology graduates looking to gain hands-on experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Therapy, or Education.
As a Psychology Graduate, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Support students with their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Help students build confidence, independence, and positive engagement with learning.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We're looking for a Psychology Graduate who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
- A Psychology graduate with a genuine interest in SEN and child development.
- Keen to gain practical experience before progressing into a career in psychology, education, or therapy.
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to adapt to the individual needs of students.

- Pay: £93-£110 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Contract: Full-time
