Graduating in Psychology and looking for meaningful experience before postgraduate study?
If you're aiming for a career in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Mental Health, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Teaching or Social Care, this role offers the hands-on experience employers and universities are looking for.
You'll join a specialist SEN school supporting children and young people aged 6-19 with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and complex additional needs. Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals, you'll gain invaluable practical experience while making a genuine difference every day.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Supporting students in the classroom and throughout the school day
✔ Helping pupils develop communication, confidence and independence
✔ Working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support
✔ Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour and social development
✔ Assisting with outdoor learning and community activities
✔ Promoting life skills that prepare students for adulthood
✔ Providing personal care where required

We're Looking For

Essential: Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent).
