A rapidly expanding firm of Solicitors is looking to recruit a receptionist / Office coordinator to join its Shrewsbury based team
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a keen interest / previous experience within the Legal industry
Key Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent keyboard / typing skills, audio would be an advantage
- Professional telephone manner and a good communicator at all levels
- Good organisation, planning and prioritising skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Ideally some previous legal experience
Key duties
- General secretarial, administration and reception duties
- Attending meetings , on occasion taking notes / minutes
- Typing letters, reports and general correspondence
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with questions and enquiries
