Punch Press Setter

10pm - 6am, Sunday-Thursday, with flexibility to work double day shifts, Mon-Fri (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)

Reading

£15 - £17.50 per hour + 20% uplift on night shift

Benefits: 5% performance related production bonus

Role & Responsibilities:

• Set and operate punch press machinery.
• Produce quality parts to production targets.
• Complete quality and process checks.
• Support team leadership when required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 2 + years punch press setting and operating experience.
• Background working within a heavy manufacturing environment
• Reliable with good attendance and transport arrangements.
• Flexible to work permanent nights and shift changes.
• Strong communication skills with a stable work history.
