Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in Garforth, Leeds as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk into their friendly finance team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process high volume invoices into SAGE
  • Matching purchase order’s and delivery notes
  • Request and chase up approvals of invoices
  • Support in daily monitoring of the email inbox
  • Reconcile statements, requesting documents where required
  • Deal with supplier queries and escalate where necessary
  • Deal with CIS and subcontractors

Person Specification:

  • Strong Purchase Ledger experience 
  • Previous experience with SAGE 50/ SAGE 200 
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel 
  • Good interpersonal skills

This is a full time, office based position on a permanent basis. Salary is up to £28k depending on experience.
