• Requirements: Translate holistic customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Estimation: Assist with planning project activities and estimating proposed technical works.
• Documentation: Author and review high-quality design documentation and training materials.
• Research: Conduct research to advance departmental workflows and business requirements.
• Cross-Functional: Support sales and marketing teams by providing key technical information.
