We are currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join a project in Bristol, with a strong background in groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out quality inspections across groundworks and RC frame activities.
- Ensure works comply with project specifications, drawings, ITPs and quality standards.
- Complete QA documentation, inspection records and check sheets.
- Monitor workmanship and identify any defects or non-conformances.
- Liaise with site management, engineers and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure all works are inspected, documented and signed off at the appropriate stages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer on groundworks and RC frame projects.
- Strong understanding of construction quality procedures and inspection processes.
- Experience with ITPs, RAMS, NCRs and QA records.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with site teams.
- Must be available for an immediate start.
- Subcontractor/freelance status preferred.
