Rotation: 17 Days On / 4 Days Off

We are currently recruiting for an experienced QA/QC CSA Engineer to join an established and highly regarded specialist construction contractor working on a major Data Centre project in Groningen, Netherlands.
The business has a strong track record delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects and works alongside some of the leading contractors and clients across the European construction sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a diverse, international project team working on a large-scale, technically complex Data Centre development, with strong exposure to major Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
Candidates must be prepared to work under a Dutch contract and on a 17/4 rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect CSA works against drawings, specifications and project standards
- Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures
- Review Method Statements, ITPs and subcontractor quality documentation
- Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits
- Raise, track and close out NCRs and corrective actions
- Work closely with construction managers, engineers and subcontractors to resolve quality issues
- Inspect materials, workmanship and completed works
- Maintain accurate inspection, testing and certification records
- Support quality reporting and performance monitoring
- Assist with snagging, handover and project closeout
- Prepare and maintain quality dossiers and final QA/QC documentation
- Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance and safe working across the project
Requirements
- Relevant Engineering or Construction qualification
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer on major construction projects
- Strong CSA / Civil / Structural experience
- Previous contractor experience is essential
- Data Centre experience strongly preferred
- Heavy Civils experience will also be considered
- Experience with utilities, drainage, rebar and concrete highly desirable
- Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, ITPs, inspections and NCRs
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Strong communication and subcontractor management abilities
- Comfortable working on large, fast-paced construction sites
- Willing to work a 17/4 rotation in Groningen
- Must be prepared to work under a Dutch contract
