We are currently recruiting for QA/QC Leads (Electrical x2 & Mechanical x2) to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Bertonico, Milan, Italy.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors, delivering some of the continent's largest and most technically advanced mission-critical projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved across all electrical or mechanical installations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct quality inspections and audits across the project.
• Ensure project Quality Management System (QMS) objectives are achieved.
• Monitor and enforce company QA/QC policies and procedures on site.
• Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Plans.
• Review and approve subcontractor quality systems and documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality records for mechanical or electrical works.
• Work closely with construction, commissioning, and client teams to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Produce QA/QC reports and maintain project documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of quality processes throughout project delivery.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
• Liaise with client QA representatives and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a QA/QC Lead or Senior QA/QC role.
• Strong background in Electrical or Mechanical construction.
• Experience on large-scale construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience using Autodesk BIM360 Field or similar QA management software.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage inspections, audits, documentation, and quality teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.
