QA/QC Manager

We are currently representing a leading M&E contractor delivering one of London's flagship hyperscale data centre developments in North West London

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint experienced QA/QC Manager to join the project delivery team.

The current scheme is scheduled to run until January 2027, with a brand-new project already secured, offering excellent long-term continuity for the successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures and inspection processes.

• Review and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), check sheets and quality documentation.

• Carry out inspections to ensure installations comply with project specifications, drawings and industry standards.

• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

• Manage the inspection, testing and handover process across MEP systems.

• Raise, monitor and close out NCRs, defects and quality observations.

• Ensure all quality documentation is compiled and completed ahead of commissioning and handover.

• Support testing, commissioning and project close-out activities.

• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a QA/QC Engineer or QA/QC Manager on major M&E or data centre projects.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services installations.

• Experience managing quality documentation, inspections and project handovers.

• Familiarity with ITPs, FATs, SATs, commissioning and QA/QC procedures.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work within a fast-paced, technically complex project environment.
