QA/QC Inspector

First Achieve Engineering department are currently working in partnership with their client in pursuit of an expereienced QC to join there machine shop in Aberdeenshire

Candidates should have preferably been in a similar role in a dynamic Sub Contract fabrication and machine shop environment, be able to use metrology equipment relevant to this role and work from engineering drawings.

Candidates should also be able to use basic computer software for administration, be a self-motivated and highly conscientious and organised individual with the ability to manage calibrated equipment and be able to carry out internal calibration duties of linear measuring equipment. ISO 9001 Internal auditor or Lead Assessor training would be preferred but not essential.

Experience in the use of Q-Pulse quality management software would also be an advantage but training will be available in all the above disciplines to the right candidate.

Pay rates £39,000-£45,000 per annum
