The Opportunity
We're looking for a QHSF Administrator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business, supporting the Quality, Health & Safety and Facilities functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in Quality, Health & Safety or Compliance Administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, managing documentation and helping drive continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Quality
- Maintain and control Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Support the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions and quality records.
- Assist with supplier quality documentation and goods-in inspection records.
- Produce quality reports and KPI data for management.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Maintain document control procedures and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain Health & Safety documentation, policies and procedures.
- Assist with Risk Assessments, training records and competency matrices.
- Coordinate Health & Safety documentation to ensure legislative compliance.
- Support the administration of near-miss reporting and corrective actions.
- Help organise Health & Safety meetings and monitor follow-up actions.
- Support the administration of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Maintain contractor documentation, RAMS and statutory compliance records.
- Assist with facilities-related compliance, maintenance records and environmental documentation.
- Ensure site records are maintained and readily available for audit purposes.
We're looking for someone who has experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment and enjoys being organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in a Quality, QHSE, HSE or Compliance Administration role.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Understanding of Health & Safety documentation and compliance.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using SAP or another ERP system would be advantageous.
- The ability to read engineering drawings would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
