Required by innovative and rapidly growing construction group with a new regional office based in the heart of Bristol to engage on £50m landmark commercial redevelopment in the Harbourside

This project underpins the establishment of a permanent Southwest and M4 corridor division, creating opportunities for experienced professionals to join a growing regional business at an early stage.

Project Value: £50m+ • Programme: PCSA June 2026, Main Contract October 2026, Completion May 2028

The scheme is a high-profile refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, delivering modern commercial space within a complex heritage environment with challenging logistics and phasing.

This key project will establish our client’s presence and support long-term expansion across the Southwest and M4 corridor, focusing on commercial refurbishment and Cut & Carve projects going forward

Owing to the business success they are looking to secure the services of a talented and experienced main contracting Project Quantity Surveyor with commercial office and building expertise who has a Tier 1 / Tier 2 background.

You will be ideally qualified to degree level with an experience of commercially leading / supporting building projects up to £15m+ in value  

This is a permanent opportunity, and our client is looking for those who can demonstrate loyalty and success within a maincontracting / building environment
