We are currently recruiting for an experienced QSHE Advisor to join a high-profile engineering and facilities management contract based in Derby.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental professional to support operational teams, drive compliance and promote a positive safety culture across a prestigious site.

• Provide QSHE support and guidance to management and site teams.
• Carry out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong health, safety, quality and environmental culture.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements and company procedures.
• Assist with the development and review of RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.

• Previous experience in a QSHE, HSEQ, SHEQ or Health & Safety Advisor role.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).
• Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation.
• Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
