Job Description:
As a Primary Teacher at Enlighten Supply Pool you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and effective lessons to primary school children. You will be expected to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, develop a stimulating curriculum, and contribute to the overall progress of each child’s academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
• Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and development of students.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Promote positive behavior and encourage a growth mindset in all students.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching methods.
• A passion for teaching and supporting children’s educational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and creative approach to teaching.
• The ability to manage and motivate students with varying abilities and learning styles.
