Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting experienced and passionate SEN Teachers to join specialist schools across South London. We have exciting opportunities available in both Primary and Secondary SEN settings.
These roles involve working with pupils with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- ADHD
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Complex Needs

Current Vacancies- Primary SEN Teacher
- Secondary SEN Teacher
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise pupil outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
✔ Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN
✔ Experience supporting one or more of the following:
- ASD
- SEMH
- ADHD
- MLD
- SLD
- Complex Needs
✔ Strong behaviour management skills
✔ Passion for helping young people reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
