The Role
As a Flexible Early Years Teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
• Adapt confidently to different Early Years settings and teams.
What We're Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A caring, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
