Salary: £172.98+ per day / dependent on experience and scale

TeacherActive is working closely with mainstream secondary schools throughout Cwmbran who are seeking qualified English Teachers for September 2026.

We are looking for passionate QTS English Teachers who can confidently deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. Opportunities are available for teachers seeking flexible supply as well as those looking to secure longer-term positions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• QTS with experience teaching English
• Strong knowledge of the secondary English curriculum
• Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for English and pupil development
