🌟 The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Providing high-quality care and education.
•    Supporting children's physical, emotional and educational development.
•    Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
•    Observing children and contributing to their learning records.
•    Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
•    Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
•    Encouraging children's confidence, independence and curiosity.
•    Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.

✅ What We're Looking For

You should have:

•    A recognized Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
•    Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
•    A genuine passion for childcare and children's development.
•    Enhanced DBS (Children checked)
•    Good communication and teamwork skills.
•    A sound understanding of the EYFS.
•    The ability to create a caring and engaging environment for children.
