Essential RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Relevant teaching experience within a UK primary school setting
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- The ability to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons
- A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- The right to work in the UK
As a Primary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons across the primary age range
- Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Contributing to the wider life of the school where appropriate
