The Role

As an experienced Children's Social Worker, you will:

• Manage a varied and complex caseload independently.

• Complete high-quality assessments, planning, and interventions to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.

• Assess and manage risk confidently, using professional judgement in complex situations.

• Build strong working relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.

• Produce clear, analytical reports and maintain accurate case records in line with statutory requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Social Work England registration.

• Minimum 3 years' experience working within a UK Local Authority Children's Services team.

• Ability to manage complex cases independently.

• Strong assessment, safeguarding, and risk management skills.

• Right to work in the UK.
