Our client, Eurovia, a trusted provider of highways services, is offering an exciting entry‑level opportunity to join their IMS (Integrated Management Systems) team, where full training and development will be provided.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety side of highways and infrastructure, gaining hands‑on experience, professional training, and long‑term career development within a leading organisation.

About the Role

Working closely with the Eurovia Business Units and IMS team, you’ll support:

  • Environmental, sustainability, and performance reporting
  • Data collection for KPIs, audits, and management reporting
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing initiatives
  • Quality Performance against processes
  • Internal audits and continuous improvement processes

You’ll learn how highways contracts operate behind the scenes, and out on sites, supporting areas such as ISO standards, sustainability reporting, health & safety systems, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities (training provided)

  • Supporting internal IMS and environmental audits
  • Collecting and collating sustainability and environmental data
  • Assisting with KPI reporting and management information
  • Supporting “Near Miss” and HSE reporting processes
  • Managing and updating digital systems and records
  • Helping prepare reports for monthly management meetings
  • Supporting toolbox talks, site safety tours, and wellbeing initiatives

You’ll be fully supported while you learn the systems, processes, and standards.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is keen to learn and interested in quality, environmental, sustainability, health and safety topics
  • Is organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working with data
  • Has good IT skills and enjoys using digital systems
  • Can communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
  • Is motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to commute to the Grays office
  • Educated to college level (A‑levels, BTEC, or similar)
  • No previous IMS or auditing experience required – training will be provided
