Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Analyst to support the effective management of quality-related processes and supplier performance activities within a fast-paced operational environment.  The successful candidate will play a key role in investigating non-conformances, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

  • Based in Kingston
  • £30,000
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours a day that must be worked between 8am – 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and manage quality-related issues, ensuring they are resolved within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to quality concerns and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of concession, deviation and corrective action documentation.
  • Support the management of non-conforming materials and products, ensuring appropriate segregation and control processes are followed.
  • Assist with supplier reviews and audit activities as required.
  • Carry out inspection and verification activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Update and maintain information within company systems and databases.
  • Use measurement and inspection equipment where required to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Produce reports and provide administrative support relating to quality and compliance activities.
  • Support wider operational projects and undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Degree educated or equivalent level of professional experience.

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or a related discipline would be advantageous.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a quality, compliance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar environment would be an advantage

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to read technical drawings

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
