Quality Assurance Manager

We are actively looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join a specialist electronics manufacturer based near St. Ives in Cambridgeshire.

As QA Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for maintaining and developing the company’s quality management system, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality performance, and improving supplier quality.

This is a standalone role with no direct reports, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, US, China and other relevant regulatory requirements around the world.

Requirements:

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or a related manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with regulatory compliance.
• Experience with supplier quality management.

We are open to candidates who are not yet at manager level, but have the right experience, capability and potential to develop into a management role.
