Quality Assurance Manager in Stourbridge, Dudley

We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join an established Manufacturing business based in the Dudley area. The Quality Assurance Manager will monitor and advise on performance of the Quality Management system and lead on maintaining product quality to meet both internal and external requirements.

As the Quality Assurance Manager you will be required too :

* Promote a culture of Quality, Implementing processes and systems to support Quality improvement

* Lead on Quality initiatives creating a culture of ownership

* Embed improvement into all processes

* Review customer requirements

* Identify product, process and manufacturing improvements

* Drive targeted improvement to eliminate non-conformances

* Tracking effectiveness of improvements and corrective actions

* Put together documentation to support product development

* Implement corrective measures

* Lead and manage certification processes

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Quality Lead/Quality Assurance manager

* Experienced in resolving quality issues

* Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment (ideally foundry)

* Experience of the Audit process

* Experience managing customer complaints, non-conformances and returns

* Excellent communication skills and teamwork
