Location: DN15, Scunthorpe
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:45pm - 9.45pm
Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Quality Assurance Operative to join their busy operation in Scunthorpe, DN15.

If you're an experienced Quality Assurance Operative looking for Monday to Friday, afters-only working, this could be an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.

No nights.  No weekend working – just consistent Monday to Friday afters shifts.

The Role – Quality Assurance Operative

As a Quality Assurance Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring products meet the required quality standards before moving through the production process.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out quality checks on products throughout the production process.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Identifying and reporting quality issues or defects.
• Completing quality control checks and associated paperwork.
• Recording and reporting any discrepancies.
• Working closely with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensuring company quality procedures are followed at all times.
• Supporting investigations into quality issues where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Following all company Health & Safety, quality and food safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this Quality Assurance Operative position, you must have:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A good understanding of quality standards and procedures.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• A strong work ethic and reliable attitude.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to maintaining quality standards.
