Location: Ratby Lane, Leicester
Salary: £29,707.26
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm & Saturday, 6:00am–2:30pm (40 hours)

We're looking for a Quality Auditor to join our Added Value team in Leicester. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety and compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Do
  • Carry out quality audits against GMP, HACCP, QMS and food safety standards.
  • Complete product sampling, testing and quality documentation.
  • Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions.
  • Support product launches, NPD trials and customer complaint investigations.
  • Verify food safety controls, calibrate equipment and help maintain audit readiness.
  • Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to drive quality improvements.
About You
  • Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance or auditing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with a flexible approach.
