Our client, a prominent name in the retail sector based in Sutton Coldfield, is seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Compliance Administrators to join their team on a temporary full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about quality assurance and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Compliance Administrator, you will be an integral part of the quality management system, working closely with the Qualified Person. Your duties will include:
- Continuously improving current quality systems to enhance product and service quality.
- Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Practise (SOP) documents.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) for stock management, including quarantine, release, batch rotation, labelling, and storage.
- Overseeing document quality control, including issuing, tracking, and archiving.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure quality standards are met for both medicinal and non-medicinal products.
- Establishing quality requirements with external suppliers in partnership with the purchasing team.
- Conducting internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Supporting works responsibilities as the Deputy Qualified Person including handling customer complaints and liaising with regulatory bodies.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidates should possess:
- A strong understanding of quality assurance and control principles.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining SOPs.
- Familiarity with GMP and quality management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and associated software.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for conducting audits.
