Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Administrator (SHEQ) to join a successful and growing business in Dunfermline. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you'll become the go-to person for compliance, document control, audits and training coordination.
No two days will be the same. One day you'll be preparing for audits, the next you'll be improving processes, supporting key business projects or working alongside senior leaders to ensure the business remains compliant, efficient and ahead of the game.
What you'll be doing π
- Keeping quality and compliance systems audit-ready, ensuring policies, procedures and records are maintained to the highest standards and fully aligned with ISO requirements
- Managing document control processes and SharePoint systems, maintaining accurate records, permissions, version control and document accessibility across the business
- Coordinating internal and external audits across ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring actions are effectively completed
- Maintaining employee training records and compliance matrices, monitoring training requirements and coordinating development activities to keep workforce compliance on track
- Producing insightful reports and compliance dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external partners including auditors, certification bodies, training providers and key stakeholders to support operational excellence
What we're looking for π
- Previous experience in quality, compliance or a regulated environment
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Knowledge of ISO standards
- A proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail
