Quality Control Supervisor

About the Role

Orchard Professional Solutions are recruiting for a QC & Dispatch Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturer of modular buildings and anti-vandal units based in the HU12 area.

This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to join a growing business. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring finished units meet company standards, and managing the efficient dispatch of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Quality Control and Dispatch functions

• Carry out final inspections of modular buildings and anti-vandal units

• Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications

• Coordinate the safe and timely dispatch of completed units

• Complete quality and dispatch documentation accurately

• Liaise with production teams to meet delivery deadlines

• Identify and resolve quality issues where necessary

• Promote Health & Safety and maintain high housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Quality Control, Dispatch, or Supervisory role

• Manufacturing or modular construction experience preferred

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Confident using IT systems and completing documentation
