Quality Control Technician

Location: Norfolk – Dual Site (Attleborough and Wymondham)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Technician to join an established manufacturer within the food supplement sector.

Working alongside the Quality Control & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing supplier approvals and quality documentation
• Reviewing Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
• Managing complaints, non-conformances and CAPA
• Maintaining document, training and calibration records
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Updating SOPs and product specifications
• Collecting and reporting quality KPIs
• Investigating quality issues and supporting corrective actions
• Identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
• Supporting GMP, BRC, ISO and customer audit requirements

About You

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Quality professional with experience in quality control, quality assurance or quality systems.

Experience with QMS, CAPA, audits, document control and quality compliance is essential.

This is ideal for someone that has been working in a laboratory environment, or perhaps has studied within one. Graduates are welcome to apply.
