What you will do
- Maintain and improve our quality management system (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS9100)
- Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Whys and fishbone tools
- Manage customer complaints and supplier quality issues
- Prepare PPAP and FAI documentation for new parts
- Run internal audits and support customer and certification audits
- Use data and SPC to cut scrap and rework
What you need
- Degree or HNC in an engineering subject, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a quality role in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or a sector standard
- Confidence with problem-solving tools and core quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, control plans)
- Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment
Nice to have
- Internal auditor certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- CMM experience
