Quality Engineer

QUALITY ENGINEER
Supplier Quality | Manufacturing | Continuous Improvement

We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our precision engineering business and help drive product, process and supplier quality across our manufacturing operation.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys getting to the root of a problem - and making sure it stays fixed.

THE ROLE

• Drive supplier quality improvement
  * Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
  * Support NCR, containment and non-conformance resolution
  * Conduct supplier, process and internal audits
  * Support NPI and PPAP activity
  * Use quality data to identify and deliver improvements
  * Help reduce the Cost of Poor Quality
  * Support and maintain ISO 9001 standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Engineering / Quality qualification or relevant industry experience, with practical knowledge of root cause analysis, supplier quality and manufacturing processes.

Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
