Our client is seeking a Quality Inspector to take ownership of inspection and quality processes within a manufacturing environment. This varied role combines hands-on inspection, audits and quality documentation, with responsibility for maintaining standards, identifying improvements and supporting production teams.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, machined components, fabrications and finished products.
• Use CMM and Faro Arm equipment to verify product quality and compliance.
• Lead internal and external audits, investigations and root cause analysis activities.
• Complete quality documentation, including FAIRs, inspection reports, NDT reports and certification packs.
• Manage the calibration programme and maintain inspection equipment records.
• Work closely with production teams to drive quality standards.
  

About You

• Quality inspection experience within a manufacturing environment.
• CMM and/or Faro Arm programming experience, ideally using PolyWorks.
• Background in motorsport, aerospace or automotive manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of inspection processes, measurement and quality standards.
• NDT certification beneficial, but full training can be provided.
