Are you a Quality Inspector with experience in Precision Engineering or Manufacturing, looking to join an established engineering company offering private medical insurance and a stable Monday-to-Friday working pattern?

Do you have experience inspecting machined components using precision measuring equipment, looking for a hands-on inspection role where you can develop your skills within a business investing in modern manufacturing technology?

The business specialises in delivering engineered components and manufacturing solutions, with a strong emphasis on quality, technical expertise and customer requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a specialist precision engineering business where you will undertake first-off, in-process and final inspections of machined components.

The Role:

• Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspection of precision-engineered components
• Inspect machined parts, small castings and hand-held mechanical components
• Undertake incoming and outgoing material and component inspections
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances and technical specifications
• Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, height gauges and bore gauges
• Check manufactured components against customer requirements and engineering specifications

The Person:

• Quality Inspector experience
• Background in precision engineering
