- Deliver training, coaching and support to managers and staff.
- Carry out supervisions as part of the role.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and resident-centred care.
About You
We are looking for a confident and experienced quality professional who can build positive relationships while also providing effective challenge when required.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a Quality, Compliance, Auditing or Senior Operational role within adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the adult social care regulatory framework.
- Experience auditing services and managing quality improvement plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across several services.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
Desirable
- Experience across residential care, nursing care, homecare or specialist services.
What's on Offer?
- Competitive salary
- Mileage allowance
- Ongoing professional development and training
- Supportive and experienced leadership team
- Opportunity to make a genuine impact on care quality and resident outcomes
- Long-term career development opportunities
Please Note
This is a field-based role involving regular travel and significant time spent working directly within services. It is not a predominantly home-based or administrative position.
