Quality Manager in Doncaster

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an established manufacturing business looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function and drive compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

You will take ownership of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards, while leading and developing the Quality team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach and develop the Quality team.
• Maintain and continuously improve the QMS.
• Manage internal and external audits, including certification body relationships.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, driving effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and produce reports using Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
• Lead Continuous Improvement and process optimisation activities.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Customer Service.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ISO 14001, REACH and HSE requirements.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience managing audits and certification requirements.
• Previous team leadership and development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Good Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within aluminium manufacturing would be advantageous.
