What You'll Do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems
• Conduct regular BRCGS, RSPO, retailer audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for quality improvement
• Lead and mentor a dedicated quality team to achieve excellence
• Analyse quality data and prepare insightful reports for management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager wihtin manufacturing
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and energetic approach to leadership
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or related fields and knowledge of quality systems and standards, such as BRC, RSPO, GMP
