Are you an experienced Quality Manager, QA Manager, Quality Assurance Manager or Quality & Compliance Manager looking to lead quality within a successful manufacturing business?

We're seeking a proactive, solutions-focused professional with experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing, supplier quality, customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA and continuous improvement.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys solving quality challenges, leading audits, improving processes and working collaboratively with customers and suppliers to deliver practical solutions.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and improving the site's Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Leading internal, external and customer audits
• Managing customer complaints, supplier quality issues and non-conformances
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing CAPA activities
• Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Developing quality procedures, systems and documentation
• Leading, coaching and developing a small Quality team
• Working closely with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders to resolve quality concerns

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Quality Manager, QA Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Systems Manager or Compliance Manager
• Manufacturing experience within a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience leading internal, external and customer audits
• Proven track record in customer complaints, supplier quality and non-conformance management
• Strong root cause analysis, corrective action and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Previous people management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
