This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape quality strategy, drive improvements, and have real influence across operations, supply chain, and senior leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and driving the quality strategy
- Leading audits, ISO compliance & quality systems
- Improving supplier performance & product quality
- Solving problems using 8D, FMEA, root cause analysis
- Reducing non-conformance & driving continuous improvement
What We Need
- Proven Quality Manager experience in manufacturing (automotive/aerospace/building materials would be ideal)
- Strong ISO / audit / compliance knowledge
- Experience with supplier quality management
- Hands-on, driven, “get it done” mindset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
