In this role, you will act as an IC, owning and managing the development, implementation, oversight, and ongoing operation of quality management systems and regulatory compliance programs - giving you genuine autonomy and the chance to leave a lasting mark.

This position would suit a Quality specialist from the Electronics/Manufacturing sector who is looking to step into a pivotal role and play a key part in the continued success of a specialist, close-knit global industry leader.

The Role:
*On-Site in Irving, Dallas-Fort Worth Area, Texas
*Quality Management System (QMS) & ISO Compliance
*Product & Service Regulatory Compliance
*Electronic Assembly & Manufacturing Compliance
*RMA, CAPA & Nonconformance Management
*Project Management & Continuous Improvement
*Supplier Quality, Assessment & Monitoring

The Candidate:
*Experience in compliance, quality engineering, or QMS leadership within an electronics/manufacturing environment
*Demonstrated expertise in ISO standards, audit execution, and regulatory compliance
*Experience leading RMAs, CAPAs, and structured problem-solving initiatives
*Project management experience in regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environments
*Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed
