An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a diverse range of infrastructure and construction projects within a major framework programme. Applications from experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors are also welcomed.

• Manage commercial notices, correspondence, valuations, and payment applications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Support risk and value management activities.
• Administer contracts and manage subcontractor procurement.
• Prepare commercial reports and maintain contract compliance.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
• Good understanding of contracts and commercial management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.

• RICS or CICES accredited degree.
• Working towards or holding RICS/CICES membership.
